Event Details

On Tap Network is fully active this year in our community! 

Not only are we doing a Holiday Donation Drive with many Chester County businesses from November through December, but we are also dedicating THIS  event to a local family in need!  Please visit our Facebook Page for all updates regarding our organization!


PLEASE BRING A DONATION FOR ATTENDANCE FEE.


Columbia Bar and Grille Menu for the Evening:

 

Stations to be Open By 5:30pm

Imported and Domestic Cheese Display + Breads + Crackers + Mustards

Seasonal Selection of Fresh Vegetable Display + Dipping Sauces

Mediterranean Bruschetta Station

Coffee Station

Butlered Hor D’Ouvres

Beginning at 6:30 pm for 1 ½ hours at 15 min. Intervals

Mini Quiche

Grilled Chicken Skewer with Pineapple Dipping Sauce

Stuffed Silver Dollar Mushrooms + Crab Imperial

Red Bliss potatoes stuffed with cheese and bacon

 


Dress Code: Festive Attire: ladies, a bit of sparkle or holiday wear and men, dress pants/shirt.  This is Semi-Formal.

Some of you may remember the Referral Partner Game we played at one of our other events.  Well, we are bringing that back for this next event.  We had a lot of fun with that and we got a lot of great feedback from you all on that game!  So be prepared to be partnered up with someone new again!



DONATIONS FOR THE FAMILY:

The family that we have recieved from the Chester County Aging Services is African-American.  It is a Mother is who is the sole caregiver to her two children and her own mother. 

The daughter is Teresa, wears girls 7 and girls shoe size 13. Teresa like arts and crafts and dolls.

The son is Isaiah, wears a boys 6 and boys shoe size 1.  Isaiah is autistic, but he likes cars and trains.  No toys with loud noises.  A great website for purchasing toys for autistic children is:  Usborne Books

Socks, Underwear, PJ's, shoes, boots, sweaters/sweatshirts, pants, arts and crafts and dolls

Socks, Underwear, PJ's, shoes, boots, sweaters/sweatshirts, pants:  TOYS MUST NOT BE LOUD, as Isaiah is autistic.


Family:  Gift Cards for WAWA, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Children's Hair Cutting Places (Snip-It's stylists are autiscially trained), Walmart Gift Cards


Calista Grand Salon and Spa has GRACIOUSLY donated their time and service to offer the mother a day of pampering. 

We would LOVE your support in donating one item to this family in exchange for payment for attending the event.
